The most amazing curry powder in my unbiased opinion. This curry powder is unique because it has many varieties of beautiful herbs and spices dry roasted in to a deep dark brown perfection and powdered in to the most fragrant thing you will ever smell. Sri Lankans use this mainly to cook meat curries, as its strong flavor perfumes the meats within. A much milder curry powder called Thuna Paha (තුනපහ) is used for vegetable curries.
